Are you ready for even more burgers? While it seems like chefs in our city are doing a pretty good job at opening up high concept burger joints, a Los Angeles chain is ready to break into the scene. 25 Degrees is planning to open a River North location in the former Blue Chicago space. As Chicago Magazine explained, the name refers to the temperature difference between a medium-rare burger and a well-done one, which means that you’ll probably be eating burgers that are pink in the middle. According to its Facebook page, the restaurant plans to open in mid-June, but you can go a head and take a look at the menu now. Considering number of exceptional burger joints in L.A., it’s pretty high praise when Grub Street Los Angeles editor Hadley Tomicki let us know that 25 Degrees was “actually quite a good burger spot.” [Chicago Magazine]
