If it’s been a long winter without the spicy-sweet wings and fluffy buttermilk biscuits of Best of New York winner Tchoup Shop, take heart. Though the Nola pop-up doesn’t resume its place at d.b.a. until April 17, its chef, Simon Glenn, will be a guest vendor at the Brooklyn Flea for the next two Sundays. Glenn follows in the footsteps of Baohaus’s Eddie Huang, who did a guest spot last month, though we imagine this’ll involve a little less gangsta attitude. For the truly insatiable, Tchoup Shop will also be at Tasting Brooklyn on April 5. Check out the Flea menu below.
