Our cohorts from the East bring us this little roundup of “stunt burgers,” basically colossal, unwieldy beef bombs that a few restaurants have been hawking, and something which Burger King has recently echoed with their (kind of delicious-looking) Stuffed Steakhouse Burger which Slate has now deemed “a worthwhile contender for best fast-food stuffed item.” Among the stunt burgers you can now find in NYC, this 2.4-pounder at M. Wells ($42), which looks like it could (and might still) kill someone. [Grub Street NY]
