Eleventh Street music venue Slim’s has been under a temporary liquor license suspension since March 15 following a noise complaint from a single neighbor. They’ve gone ahead and announced that particular NIMBY’s name and address on a sign on their door, and NBC has made an unnecessary video that simply shows the suspension signs on the doors. A guy in the box office window today assures us that most of their shows last week/end were young crowds who couldn’t drink anyway, and the bar will be back open on Friday, March 25.
