Nona Silvley Lending a Southern Flavor to LA Market

Nona Sivley, the Hell’s Kitchen victor who won a chef’s position at Kerry Simon’s L.A. Market, is working on a new menu for the restaurant that will go heavy on the Southern stuff when it gets released later this month. A press release prepares us for dishes like crisp pork belly and grilled rib-eye, while Sivley is also launching a Mardi Gras tasting menu to run from Saturday through this Tuesday. The $34 menu has two different options for each of the three courses, going from crawfish etoufee and gumbo to beinets and bananas foster.
