Best Actress Academy Award winner Natalie Portman had a celebratory dinner with her baby daddy last Thursday at Étoile at Domaine Chandon in Yountville, where she enjoyed a vegetarian feast prepared especially for her by chef Perry Hoffman. To drink, since she’s preggers, she allegedly had a special hibiscus-syrup-and-rose-water soda they made for her, dubbed The Swan (they’ll be keeping a version with champagne in it on the menu in her honor). Portman also had dinner last Tuesday at Cindy’s Backstreet Kitchen in St. Helena, where according to Leah Garchik she chowed down on mushroom tamales and an avocado and papaya salad. (But, contrary to Garchik, Portman isn’t a vegan anymore so much as “vegan-adjacent.”)
