Matyson’s Chef Ben Puchowitz often focuses on seasonal items for his weekly five-course chef’s tasting menu. Some weeks he goes for something more esoteric, like finger food or aphrodisiacs. This week he’s looking for input from diners, asking them to email ideas for a challenging or creative theme for a tasting menu that he will run the first week of April.
