Locanda, Delfina’s as yet unborn Roman little sister, is now looking at an April 19 opening, but Camper English of Alcademics brings us a preview of the cocktail program from former Jardinière startender Brian MacGregor, via an event over the weekend. We see from the stained menu from the evening a couple of interesting items: a low-alcohol cocktail in an Italian vein made with Martini & Rossi red vermouth, yellow chartreuse, and lemon; and something MacGregor’s calling the Coriandolo Correcto, with coriander-infused tequila (!), Campari, Dolin Blanc vermouth, and grapefruit juice. Yum!
