It’s a big week for the celebrity sightings around town, and we start off with the big news of yesterday that Lady Gaga, prior to making an appearance down the Peninsula at Google, and prior to her concert at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, dropped by for a grilled cheese sandwich at American Grilled Cheese Kitchen. Says owner Heidi Gibson, “We all work so hard during our rushes, that we weren’t even aware that she was here. We were notified by numerous tweets, emails, and customers coming to tell us that she was here. It was an honor.” Please note that Gaga likes sausage, and grilled cheese. Atta girl. Robert Duvall had dinner with a friend last week at Café Des Amis, complete with cocktails and laughter. Duvall is starring alongside Nicole Kidman and Clive Owen in HBO’s Hemingway and Gellhorn, which is still shooting around town. Perhaps their accommodations are over in the Marina, because Kidman’s hubbie Keith Urban was later spotted at Des Amis also. [Tablehopper]
