We have no idea how Businessweek came up with its picks for the sixteen best food trucks across the land (Schnitzel & Things, Roli Roti, Nom Nom, Clover, and Sugar Philly Truck are the only picks in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, and Philly, respectively), but they’ve narrowed them down bracket-style and decided the best of them all is Wisconsin’s pizza truck Streetza. Now if only Streetza can get itself on Every Day With Rachael Ray’s equally ludicrous pizza brackets. [Businessweek]
