We’ve already had a look at the menu, and had a peek inside, but iNG only officially opened its doors yesterday. While we certainly noticed this at the preview dinner, the press release finally admits that the restaurant is aiming for a “contemporary Asian restaurant.” Of course, there aren’t many Asian restaurants where you can pay by the hour, or where you can go “flavor tripping” with a 15 course Miracle Berry menu. In fact, just about every detail about this new restaurant from Homaro Cantu is slightly strange. Remember the computer command center, or the nano-batch beers? Either way, definitely check it out and let us know what those Miracle Berries do to you.
