Bacon. Beer. Bacon and beer. Sinful, really. Twenty-seven top restaurants and 17 breweries will pay homage to the heavenly combo on April 30, offering up their most succulent suds and finest bacon-based meals. Logically, you need to get your tickets immediately.

Tickets go on sale at 1 p.m. tomorrow, so plan ahead. Regular-person tickets go for $35, with Baller tickets (and you are a Baller, aren’t you?) going for $45. We expect that they’ll sell fast.

Decadence emporiums like Gargoyles, South End Buttery, Toro, and Trina’s Starlite bring the bacon; local breweries like Pretty Things, Narragansett, and Wachusett get you tipsy. Lest you feel embarrassed, you should know that proceeds benefit local hunger relief organizations like Community Servings, Lovin’ Spoonfuls, and Share our Strength. And may we have the strength to resist our 200th helping of Jamie Bissonnette’s bacon.
