Fate dealt us a doozy of a double bummer last fall when out of nowhere Resurrection Ale House and Meritage both yanked fried chicken from their menus. But today there’s some good news: Resurrection has resurrected its twice-fried bird. The bad news (and you know there was going to be some)? That’s all Chef Joey Chmiko and his crew are serving today until they run out, which will likely happen soon. Still there’s more deep fat-fried fabulousness to report: Starting tomorrow next Wednesday and then every Wednesday and Thursday from here on, Meritage will once again serve its Korean fried chicken.
