A German Feast in Greenwich Village; Brooklyn Brewery Starts Weekday Tours

Greenwich Village: On April 11, Top Chef’s season-one winner Harold Dieterle and chef de cuisine Garrett McMahan of Perilla will be exploring their German heritage with a seven-course menu paired with German wines. Midtown West: The annual Tap & Tapas Spring Benefit will honor Tom Colicchio. Big names like April Bloomfield, Scott Conant, and Eric Ripert will be there to dish up some of their signatures to benefit Groove With Me, a charity that provides free dance classes for at-risk girls in East Harlem.
