107-Year-Old Carmine’s Is Selling Its Bar, Its Blender, and Its Fish

Last month it was reported that Carmine’s, the 107-year-old Seaport holdover, wouldn’t be reopening as hoped, and now we’ve found sad proof of it on Craigslist. Owner Greg Molini is selling everything from the place’s seven mounted fish to its oak and mahogany bar. This may be the time to take $15,000 out of the bank if you like old bars and you haven’t already blown your savings on the one from Lüchow’s. Maybe you’re planning to open the next Rusty Knot or Commodore? Let’s not lose another bar to Texas.
