Which Food Truck Should Park Itself on Boston Common?

The Globe reports that Boston Common’s getting a high-end food truck this summer. (It’s also getting Wi-Fi and a reading room, but let’s concern ourselves with the important stuff here.) The Globe quotes Friends of the Public Garden executive director Elizabeth Vizza with this promise: “It’s going to be like a Parisian park.” Well then, what kind of high-end food truck befits such an atmosphere? Gourmet crepes? Walkabout pate sandwiches? The Globe says Clover Food Lab’s being used as a comparison, which sounds promising. But it might be tricky to insert a high-end, local-flavor truck into an area with heavy tourist traffic. Hopefully there won’t be pressure to go too lowest common denominator here. What kind of food truck would you like to see? [Globe]
