Speaking of Stephanie Izard, she is one of five Chicago chefs who are up for “The People’s Best New Chef: Great Lakes” for Food & Wine. The magazine usually just releases its own list, but this time is turning to readers to help out. Anthony Martin (Tru), Chris Pandel (The Bristol), Brian Huston (The Publican), and Ryan Poli (Perennial) are the other local chefs that are included.
