Provided that the weather cooperates, tonight at 6 p.m. will be the kickoff of The Dandelion’s Speaker’s Corner series, in which a notable culinary expert or experts engage guests and share their know-how. For tonight’s inaugural event, which will be moderated by the Inquirer’s Rick Nichols, The Dandelion hosts Alex Kamozawa and Aki Talbot from the popular website and recently published book Ideas in Food. Touted as two of the most knowledgeable chefs in the business, Kamozawa and Talbot will talk about technique, ingredients, the science of cooking and sign copies of their book.
