Ryan Poli
It was just two days ago that we learned about Tavernita, the new project from the Mercadito Hospitality. We weren’t sure who was going to be the head chef at the time, but that has all changed. Eater is reporting that Ryan Poli is leaving Perennial for the Latin-inspired restaurant. No word on who will be replacing Poli at the moment, though apparently they are finding a “celebrity chef who will partner with them and take the restaurant to the next level.” [Eater]
