Four months have passed since Brasserie Jo closed its doors to make way for Paris Club in River North. Besides a fundraiser for Rahm Emanuel, there hasn’t actually been that much news about the latest restaurant in the Lettuce Entertain You empire. Luckily, Paris Club just announced on Twitter that it is planning to open up on February 9. That’s just a little over a week away! We still don’t have a confirmed menu, but we’ll update as soon as we hear more. For now, take a look at some of the interior shots of the restaurant on its Facebook page. [Parisclubchi/Twitter]
