Paris Club will officially open its doors tonight at 4 p.m., launching the latest project for RJ and Jerrod Melman. The brothers had a smash success with Hub 51, and decided to take over Brasserie Jo to create a more “casual, urban setting.” To help with the menu, they brought in a group of respected chefs, including Jean Joho (Everest) and Tim Graham (Tru). The menu features a collection of mostly small plates, with a few bistro classics like steak frites. We’ll be reporting back tomorrow on how the opening day goes, but for now check out the menu, notice the wine on tap, and let us know what you think.
