Even though Rebel (1760 Market Street, formerly Triple Crown) technically opens Monday, the space has been host to parties all week long, including one tonight called Activate. Co-owner Paul Miller explains, though, that no one’s getting a peek at the new vintage motorcycle-themed décor until Monday’s grand opening. “Everything’s being built off-site, and we’re going to move it all in this weekend.” Sneaky’s BBQ has been breaking in the kitchen equipment all week, but they don’t start their full-time, seven-day-a-week service until Monday either.
