If you think you have the chops (and by chops we do mean ridiculous haircuts), Bravo wants you to try out for not only the ninth season of Top Chef, but also (pastry chefs!) the second season of Just Desserts. Filming begins in April, according to the application you can download here, so start clearing your calendar, and make sure your answer to “How would you describe yourself in one word?” is something other than “fameball!” Nationwide tryout dates straight ahead.
