Gosu bring the Japanese/Korean fusion to Logan Square

We first heard about Gosu about a month ago, noticing a new paper sign had been stuck on the window of the former home of Rustico Grill. As you may remember, that former restaurant closed less than a year after it replaced Rustik Grill, which didn’t exactly last very long, either. The rustic moniker is now long gone, and a new sign is up. Luckily, the owners have also taped up a menu to the window, so we can now see what this purported Korean and Japanese restaurant will look like. The menu features a hodgepodge of the two cuisines, so you can get Korean barbecue along with some udon dishes. Oh, and you better believe there is sushi. It’s hard to know whether Gosu will reverse the trend for doomed restaurants at the gorgeous location, but at least check out the full menu below and tell us what you think.
