…Or so says the Times in a little piece today that focuses on forageSF’s Iso Rabins and his Wild Kitchen events, and the recently launched Stag Dining Group. But shouldn’t people fear eating in non-health-inspected kitchens? “We’re keeping ourselves safe,” says Stag chef Jordan Grosser. But sure, super-germ-phobes may want to think twice. [NYT]
