For tonight’s the next installment of Industry Night at Amis on February 7 — the restaurant’s monthly party for those in the hospitality trade — the Vetri crew is teaming up with Georges Perrier and Le Bec-Fin’s peeps for a France Invades Italy feast. The evening will feature a variety of French country picnic dishes crafted by Perrier and his Chef de Cuisine, Nick Elmi. Amis’ Chef Brad Spence will be serving his Italian country inspired fare. The food is free and the drinks are cheap provided you show a pay stub at the door for entry.
