Though it had originally planned to open this month in West Town, it looks like Frontier will open officially on February 10th. That’s still a little while off, but we were able to get a peek at some of the items we should expect from the menu, along with a few tantalizing details on the decor. What kind of details? Well, the “mountain-west themed restaurant and bar” will feature a 6-foot-stuffed grizzly bear. As for the food, there will be eight to ten varieties of oysters, plus a collection of other rustic dishes. Check out the abbreviated menu below.
