It’s still at the stage of rumor, but the rumor about Mollie Stone’s snapping up the Castro Delano’s was true, so now we re-report this: British grocer Fresh & Easy, who already had people on the ground in S.F. working on a new Bayview store, are allegedly “this close” to signing a lease on the former Delano’s at 23rd and South Van Ness, or so says Curbed.
