Diner’s Journal reports that while Cabrito awaits its transformation into “Fatty Something” or “Something Fatty” (per branding-happy Zak Pelaccio), it’ll become a “fun and goofy” temporary bar. Starting Wednesday, Fatty Johnson’s will serve cocktails by guest bartenders, as well as various types of ham sandwiches — and maybe even fried chicken stuffed with ham and cheese!
