In what is becoming a grand year-end tradition, Sky Full of Bacon’s Mike Gebert and restaurant critic Michael Nagrant debate the year in food in a series of long blog posts. One asks a question, and the other writes a good four to five paragraph follow up. To be sure, there are no lists of best new restaurants here, just an ongoing discussion about trends, goat, and whether 2010 was “the tipping point year for eating weird shit.” Luckily, the answer appears to be yes.
