The venerable Fountain restaurant at the Four Seasons could be turning over to an independent restaurateur. The Inquirer this morning reported that the rumor mill is churning with tales of a major makeover coming to the restaurant and perhaps even a new operator taking over what’s consistently ranked as one of the city’s premier places to eat. And some pretty big names are being tossed around as potential collaborators. While Four Season is mostly mum on the subject, supposedly they’ve reached out to Stephen Starr and Marc Vetri.
