As you might have heard, Hubert Keller closed his Fleur de Lys outpost at the Mandalay Bay casino in Vegas back in September. Well, as is the trend, the place has been remodeled into something more casual called Fleur, a “global tapas” restaurant with a big airy bar and “outdoor” patio overlooking the casino, as well as a field stone-walled dining room with private cabanas.
