Street Gourmet L.A. puts a new Mexico City-style carnitas spot on the map worthy of his (and thus, the rest of our) time. Tacos Los Guichos pulls out the pig parts on the weekend for slow-cooked carnitas that utilize pig ear, skin, stomach, lips, shoulder, and rib.
