John Dory Snags Belon Oysters; Toloache Tacqueria Starts Delivering Downtown

Chelsea: On January 23, the traveling competition Cochon 555 will give five of the city’s finest chefs a pig each, which they’ll have to prepare for guests and a panel of judges. Aldea, Marlow and Sons, Public, Savoy, and Telepan will be represented at the event, which will be held at the Lighthouse at 23rd Street and the Hudson River.
