CorkBar’s Busting Out Three Courses of Bacon, Can’t Resist The Cupcake

Sadly, Charlie Palmer’s “Pigs and Pinot” lies beyond our reach, but CorkBar does have a “Swine and Wine” dinner coming up next month that shares a pretty cool, if fairly similar, name. On February 2nd, the Downtown wine bar and restaurant will team up with Cast Iron Gourmet, a local maker of small-batch bacons. A three-course dinner will revolve around everyone’s favorite breakfast porker, served from 5:00 to 10:00 P.M. alongside optional wine pairings. Yes, of course, a bacon cupcake is making an appearance here, how could it miss the party? Check out the full menu below and make reservations at 213-746-0050. Or if you wanna roll the dice, two winners will be granted dinner for two by following the restaurant on Twitter and tweeting their favorite bacon dish.
