Chip Roman Sets His Sights on Chestnut Hill

Just before the holiday hullabaloo got underway Grub Street mentioned that Chip Roman, the award-winning chef behind the well-received Conshohocken BYOB Blackfish, had hired former Lacroix chef Jason Cichonski and planned to open a new venture sometime in 2011. Its looking like Roman has his sights set on the ¡Cuba! space in Chestnut Hill. He plans to open a restaurant — with a liquor license — there with Cichonski and expects to have in open by March, according to the Insider.
