Old pans, new owners.
It’s moving day over at 4 Times Square! With much of their new staff in place, Bon Appétit is starting the process of moving from its fifteenth-floor offices down to the fifth-floor offices that used to house Gourmet. That means they’ve got to set up the test kitchen (which is actually on the fourth floor)! So what’s first on the to-do list? Unpack all of the crap that Gourmet’s kitchen staff had to put into storage when they were given the boot in 2009. But don’t get too excited, new Bon App test-kitchen director Hunter Lewis! We have it on good authority that a few sticky-fingered Gourmet staffers took all the really cool stuff with them when they left. [Bon Appétit]
