Downtown Crossing’s Bina is getting a new team. The restaurant—no stranger to staffing changes—has hired a new chef de cuisine, dining room manager, and beverage director. More information straight ahead.
Chef Will Foden, formerly of Dante, will helm the kitchen. There, he’ll deliver “seasonally-changing, classic Italian dishes with modern presentations,” per a release. Lunch and dinner menus will be completely overhauled. Seth Thomases, formerly of New York City’s ino, will oversee beverages. And Bob Sances, late of Rendezvous, will handle front-of-the-house duties. After all the upheaval, here’s hoping they stick around for awhile.
