Philly, you just got punked by Georges Perrier. It turns out that Le Bec Fin, the veritable Jurassic Park to Stephen Starr’s ever-expanding Disneyworld, will in fact remain open. And all that business about it closing? Was it all just a bunch of hot air to puff up some publicity for the once mighty anchor of Walnut Street’s erstwhile restaurant row? Perhaps. All we know for sure is, the Inquirer reports that reservations there have been increasing since rumors started swirling last July that Perrier was pulling the plug 40-year-old restaurant. [Inquirer]
