It was a sad day for sandwich lovers when Angelo Sosa’s Xie Xie shuttered, but now fans of the Top Chef toque’s creative fillings can enjoy them stuffed inside a kati roll. The Kati Roll Company is, er, rolling out a Sosa-concocted shrimp-masala roll, filled with coconut-marinated shrimp, and topped with pickled red onions, birdseye chilis, and cilantro chutney. The roll costs $6.75 and debuts next Thursday, February 3.
