For Day Nine of Meadowood’s 12 Days of Christmas, chef Jeremy Fox (currently serving as partner and creative director at Tyler Florence’s Rotisserie & Wine in Napa) put together a six-course meal that was paired with wines from Araujo Estate Wines — including a fantastic 2008 Sauvignon Blanc that recently made the Chron’s Top 100, and a delicious and balanced 1995 Eisele Vineyard Cab.
