
Tonight, and tonight only, Royal/T is holding a pop-up dinner with Turkish chef Orcun Malkoclar. A press release tells us Malkoclar is a native of Istanbul who works mostly as a private chef for celeb clients and major ragers. Tonight, the chef will explore a fusion of Turkish and Western cuisines in mezze plates featuring cigar rolls with barrel-aged Bulgarian feta, butternut squash pancakes, a rack of lamb, and baked quince with pomegranate.
