Dominique Crenn’s solo restaurant and her most personal project to date, Atelier Crenn, will open in just two three weeks in the former PlumpJack space, and there’s now a sample menu to peruse. The tagline is “poetic culinaria,” and like the chef herself the menu betrays a number of poetic flourishes. See for yourself below, and maybe consider making an early reservation.
