We just hung up from a very busy Jamie Bissonnette, who’s prepping for his big night at Toro, as the tapas temple turns five. As we told you last week, Boqueria ex-pat Seamus Mullen will handle the cooking honors. Bissonnette says dinner service will end about 10 (he’s especially enticed by the duck liver parfait); after that, it’s apps and a cash bar. And, he says, “people dancing on tables.”
