More Lists! After Time Out picked its 100 Favorite Bites, The Stew has arrived with a collection of dining trends they’d like to see in the new year, and old trends they hope will simply go away. There are 20 different comments in each list (titled “You’re Out” and “You’re In”). Some of the predictions? Banh mi’s are out and cemitas are in, beets are going to make way for Brussels sprouts, and bacon will fall by the wayside in favor of chicken skin. Not sure about the latter, but the more cemitas we see around town the happier we’ll be. Perhaps we should bet on this to make it more interesting? [The Stew]
