The Foundry Turns Chinese on Christmas Eve

Last week, we helped you find a place to eat on Christmas day that isn’t a Chinese restaurant. Today, we have an option for Christmas Eve that isn’t a Chinese restaurant, but is serving Chinese food. Eric Greenspan is cooking a menu of Chinese eats this Friday night at The Foundry for a night titled “Chinese Food and a Movie,” part of what he calls a Greenspan family tradition. The chef will prepare a family-style menu priced at $39 a head and is asking Facebook fans to vote on which film will be shown. The full menu is below, including Greenspan’s hoison-roasted duck, which better be served the right way, lest it come under fire from the experts.
