Stephen Starr’s forthcoming gastropub, The Dandelion, which Grub Street reported last week would feature a lifesize cow among the myriad of curiosities decking the maze-like space’s five dining rooms, was originally rumored to open before Christmas. Then later that supposed opening was pushed back to December 27. Today the pub is reportedly aiming for December 29 as its newly adjusted opening date, the Insider reports. While details of wait and kitchen staff training sessions keep emerging, Grub Street wouldn’t be too surprised if this latest proposed opening date gets pushed back until the first week of January 2011.
