It’s holiday time, so you probably need a drink. Chef Randall Rosa’s Sublime Food Lounge is offering half-priced bottles of vino every Tuesday and Wednesday, with a focus on lesser-known and esoteric varietals, like Virgina’s Albemarle Rosé, made from the same grape varietals originally encouraged in the region by wino-in-chief Thomas Jefferson.
