It’s been a long steady wait for everyone who is excited to try the Vietnamese eats of chef Jordan Kahn at Red Medicine, his collaboration with general manager Noah Ellis and Adam Fleischman. The restaurant’s Twitter feed tells us the wait might not be too much longer, with an opening possibly even next week. The following message popped up this morning to relay the news: “We have the go ahead to bring in food and start training.
