Long before the current wave of Neapolitan, wood-fired madness that is currently gripping our city, Pauline’s Pizza in the Mission began serving up its own gas-fired goodness to a loyal clientele, way the hell back in 1985. Valencia Street was a far different place back then, but some things never change, and Pauline’s remains crunchy, flavorful, topped with beautiful ingredients, and easy to love. On December 21 they’ll be ringing in their 25th birthday with an RSVP pizza event.
